WHO RUNS THIS
Pontoon Catfish Tournament is made and operated by Circle Hook Productions LLC, based in Texas, USA. If you need a human, that is where you write: info@circlehookproductions.com.
WHAT PRO IS
Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the boat shop, the sticker catalogue, saved rigs, the UV bar and immersion mode on your account. There is no subscription and no renewal — you buy it once and it stays. It is attached to the account you were signed into when you bought it, and your unlock code lets you activate it on your other devices.
REFUNDS
Fourteen days, no questions asked. Email info@circlehookproductions.com with the name on your account and we will refund you. You do not have to explain why, and we would rather give you your money back than have you feel stuck with something you did not want. Pro access ends when the refund is issued.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You pick a display name and get a recovery code. Keep that code — it is how you get your account back on a new phone, and we cannot always recover an account without it. Names that are abusive, impersonate someone, or that we would not want on a family leaderboard may be changed or removed.
FAIR PLAY
Fish honestly. Do not tamper with the game to fake catches, weights or leaderboard positions, and do not attack the servers or other players. We may remove scores, reset stats, or close an account that is spoiling it for everyone else. If we close a paid account for cheating, we are not obliged to refund it.
THE LAKE KEEPS CHANGING
This is a living game. Features get added, changed and occasionally removed, the fish population moves, and events come and go. Buying Pro buys you the unlock, not a promise that any particular feature stays exactly as it is forever. If the game ever shuts down for good we will say so with as much notice as we can manage.
ARTWORK AND OWNERSHIP
The game, its artwork, the boats and the lake belong to Circle Hook Productions. Sponsor and brand decals belong to their owners and are used with permission — they can be withdrawn at any time, and if that happens the decal simply disappears from the shelf. Boats you build are yours to enjoy inside the game; screenshots and videos you make are yours to post.
YOUNGER ANGLERS
This is a family game and kids are welcome on the water. If you are under 13, please ask a parent before creating an account or buying anything. Parents can email us to have a child's account and data deleted, and we will do it without argument.
WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE
The game is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and to keep your progress safe, but we cannot promise it will never go down, never lose data, or work perfectly on every device and browser. To the extent the law allows, Circle Hook Productions is not liable for losses beyond what you paid us. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and say so in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
